Almost Home’s Alumni Support Program offers up to 8 years of support services for clients after they exit the Transitional Living Program.
We realized that most of the teen moms we serve in the Transitional Living Program (TLP) need additional support and resources to continue to succeed in our focus areas of education, employment, parenting, and life skills development.
Tonetta Clay, our Family Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining contact with all of the mothers who participated in the TLP once they exit this program.
The services provided to Alumni through the Alumni Support Program include case management, progress checks, child care tuition assistance, tutoring, and assistance with transportation expenses. Alumni are also invited to social and recreational events and life skills classes at Almost Home.
