Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt | Reports To: Director of Operations Position Overview: Under supervision of the Director of Operations the Maintenance Worker will perform a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, grounds, and equipment of Almost Home and Almost Home Apartments.   Core Functions Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, plumbing, and equipment. Performs minor and major repair of building and equipment. Performs basic repair of plumbing leaks or breaks, opens clogged lines and drains, unstopping toilets replaces seals and other minor parts.
